the kopite

i still remember the moment when liverpool won the uefa champions league 2004/05. i think that was the time when i decided to be thekopite for the rest of my life. i was 12 at that time. and i still remember i sat in front of the tv and felt very nervous and anxious. i couldn't bare to watch the game through out the first half of the match. i still remember holding on to my lucky liverpool keychain through out the match and i said to myself 'for luck'. the first half was painful to watch coz. to watched the boys lost 3-0 and it was impossible to draw the score. part of me was ready to face the reality that liverpool will lost the game.but stevie g turn the game all around. being the only kopite in my family is hard. you see my family was not a big fan of liverpool. they always been ac milan fans. but that night change things alright. now  my family is part of the kopite. it was funny how i felt that night was just yesterday. the truth is it was 8 years ago and i still remember every single details of what happen that night. i guess i just miss the carlsberg time. we were fierce and fearless at that time. but i still the kopit fan always am. you'll never walk alone.
